Camping Burger Special – Slices of poulard breast served in a home-baked granary roll with onions, tomatoes, mustard seed gherkins and home-made BBQ sauce – following an American recipe.

Buddha meets Walser Venison – venison goulash with ramson spätzle (local gnocchi variety), served with red cabbage salad and topped with sheep’s cheese.

Älpler Bowl – Braised pink Allgäu beef sirloin (heifer), Vorarlberg Kässpätzle (cheese gnocchi variety) with asparagus ragout. 

Veggie Bowl – Vegetable ragout and chickpeas with wild rice and leaf spinach.
